They blame you for all of their short comings. If you don't have every document that they want they blame you for not getting it to them immediately. How is anyone that does not work in the industry supposed to know what documents are needed? The customer service is horrible, do not expect to have any kind of service, they made me feel like I was asking them for a favor.
