I have been going to Dr. Spirazza for 8 years. Today was the last. One of the eight members of his office staff was extremely rude, condescending, raised her voice to me and hung up the phone on me. She canceled all of my appointments so I could not speak to my primary care doctor, Dr. Sprizza, and refused to take a message for him or even to leave him a message to return my phone call. RecommendedAndrea was amazing. She set my mind at ease regarding the procedure I was having and was very knowledgeable and informative.
Dr Spirazza is good Dr but his staff leave a lot to be desired! Messed up prescriptions, trying to charge for things twice, and unprofessional in how they talk to people! They also charge a $25 no show charge? Will they credit $25 if you have to wait two hours to get in or if for some reason they can't see you?
Dr. Spirazza is more than just a great doctor, he listens, gives great advice, treats and cured a lot of people i know including myself. I've known him my entire life and being a doctor has always been in his blood ever since we were young. I am proud to say Dr. Spirazza is my brother and I'd recommend him to everyone!
