I am so glad I found this place!!! First visit was Wednesday 5/24. We had the chips and queso (I think it's called chips and cheese) so good. Sketti for dinner (Hubby and 3 year old loved it!) then ended with a Sundae and cupcake!! This place is awesome!! Our waitress was super sweet. And everyone was friendly. My toddler is impatient and the wait time was no problem. Actually faster than most other restaurants. We did go at an off peak time. I am not sure if that made a difference. We will definitely be back!

First time going here. I have been transitioning to a vegan diet and was blown away by the flavor of the foods.
I loved the service, the specials, the food was great as usual. Try to call in on a busy weekend especially during a holiday and reserve your place in line because the wait can be a killer.
While Spiral is and remains one of my fave Dallas eateries (it's one of the very few vegan places with options) services there has been very lackluster for the past few weeks. From incorrect call-in orders to lack of customer service, to lack of quality presentation in food; I have been very disappointed. Although I will still frequent Spiral as I have the past few years at least three times a week, I would really love to see the energy brought back that it once had. Let's Make Spiral Great Again :-)
Food is amazing. Service also goes beyond expectations. I wish I could remember my servers name because she was so sweet.
You guys, this place is amazing! Diner food that's both vegan and taste absolutely bomb! The coffee was so good! Beautiful, friendly staff! This review comes from a meat eater, who is now considering the possibility of a meatless future, thank you!!
