They had a few good reviews, so my partner and I decided to put our eggs in the basket and found out it's essentially just another Humboldt application fee mill. They do not have enough listings to accommodate the amount of applications and the responsiveness is lacking. I work in medical, have great credit, clean background, rental history, and we're dual income. I'm new to Arcata & needed a studio unit downtown; Julie found me a great place! I can walk to stores, restaurants, work, etc & the rent is very reasonable. She is attentive to tenant needs & that's a big plus in my book. Definitely highly recommend.
