Had a good first time experience with Phat.
As always, Escondido Dental Group assisted me in a friendly manner, and addressed my issue with my tooth quickly and effectively.
All of my experiences previously, and especially over the past year have been excellent. The front office staff is pleasant and professional and my hygienist, Phat has been excellent; informative, professional, and actually remembers me! (So does the office and ancillary staff). I enjoy visits to this office and look forward to my appointment with Dr. Hoang in two weeks.
I just had deep cleaning done by Phat, such a professional experience; not only does he answer thoroughly all your questions, he welcomes them. Patti was a great help with the insurance questions. Great team work all around!
As always, I was treated with warmth, courtesy and competence. It was all the best a dentist visit could be. The crazy pink pillows in the waiting room are whimsical!
I am always treated well here, front of house staff is wonderful, as are the dentists and hygienist.
Overall, the team at Escondido Dental group is excellent. Dr. Hoang has provided very good dental work for me, and clearly explains the reasons why he recommends a procedure. I am made to feel that my needs are important to them.
I have been with Dr Pana for about 6 years. Everyone is friendly and professional. They are very accommodating in making appointments. I started as an emergency patient and have been treating there ever since. I have never had any issues with their work. I have referred several people who were all very pleased.
