Everyone in the office has always been polite & accommodating to me. all 3 dentist have given me excellent care & attention to my needs.
I am a new patient and was in search if a new dental office. The front receptionist were very welcoming and friendly when I arrived. The dental assistant that took me back to do x-rays as well, was friendly and informative and let me know exactly what he was going to do before starting. When Dr. Kaiser came in she was so nice! Instantly I knew this is where I want to continue going. She went over all the dental x-rays with me and explained what they meant and we talked about what needed to be done. Provided excellent care during a lengthy procedure by an awesome and professional Dr. Hoang and his fantastic team. They truly care about their patients. Highly recommend the Escondido Dental Group.
I have been to several dental offices in the last year and all they want to do is extract my teeth. They don't give me any hope. One dentist told me "You don't have anything left". During an extraction of a tooth another dentist said, "Your fine you have been through this many times before". These dentists I have seen have no sympathy for me. My husband and I started appointments about 14 years ago. We have always been treated like "family" and respect all of the Dentists and Assistants. We always leave with a great feeling because we get professional care from men and women who work hard to make sure our teeth and gums are healthy.
