I was referred here by my primary care doctor for chronic back pain. The office itself is really nice, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. As a new patient, there were just two short forms to fill out, so I’d suggest getting there a few minutes early to park and get those done before your appointment. Didn’t take me serious. Wasn’t interested in anything I had to say. VERY unsatisfactory
Almost a month ago I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Michelle Turnley for this morning. Arrived 30 minutes prior to my appointment time to be told that nobody is available to conduct my scheduled test. My contact information was never reviewed when the appointment was scheduled by the office staff and the phone number they have attempted to use is a home number that belonged to my parents when I was a teen.
