Staff is dead pan non caring. Prescriptions are random as to how they are approached. After 2 years I am not seeing any improvement.
Dr. Kesani has a great bedside manner and is very caring and thorough. I like that he takes his time with you and gives you his honest opinion....so no BS!! He is very kind and his staff is awesome!!! Didn't really care for his medical assistant but all in all a great office! It does also help that I'm in the medical field so I do my research before asking questions. This office is great! I went in for some neck pain as a new patient. The front desk lady/medical assistant (forgot her name) was great! Really easy to talk to and attentive. Without wasting time, they took x-rays to get an idea of what was going on. Dr. Kesani was very thorough in his exam and in asking questions to try to figure out what was going on. I did not feel rushed whatsoever and felt like he truly took time with me which was so nice. Highly recommend.
Dr. Kesani absolutely changed my life with an ACDF at C5-C6. Instantly felt better after surgery and am only improving daily. Looking forward to Dr. Kesani helping with lumbar stenosis as well.
Great personnel and physician. Clean office and surroundings. Doctor is very thorough. The one only issue I see is no response to messages sent in the portal. Highly recommend this office.
