I have nothing but positive comments to say about my doctor and staff at the Southlake. They are caring and are very good listeners. They are also very thorough.
Wow! Talk about unprofessional! I got a call 14 hours before a procedure telling me I needed to be cleared to have anesthesia. When I agreed to do it without the anesthesia they still refused to do it! The woman talked down to me and treated me like a child. DO NOT GO HERE! They don't care about their patients and only want the money! Who doesn't look at a file until the night before? I could have had an allergy and needed something special and they wouldn't know. They are careless and definitely do not have the patients nee... read more
