Great place with caring doctors.
They only care about running lots of test & making money. When I asked the Dr question about the course of treatment his response was "you came to me, this is not up for debate." I called & tried to see another Doctor, they don't allow it. Very unprofessional.
I have nothing but positive comments to say about my doctor and staff at the Southlake. They are caring and are very good listeners. They are also very thorough.
Wow! Talk about unprofessional! I got a call 14 hours before a procedure telling me I needed to be cleared to have anesthesia. When I agreed to do it without the anesthesia they still refused to do it! The woman talked down to me and treated me like a child. DO NOT GO HERE! They don't care about their patients and only want the money! Who doesn't look at a file until the night before? I could have had an allergy and needed something special and they wouldn't know.
