I cannot give Dr. Ashley enough praise! I went into the office on Monday after suffering sciatic nerve pain for over a month and hardly being able to sit or walk and now on Thursday and 2 adjustments later I’m able to run with my kids! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Dr Ashley is super knowledgeable and great at explaining why I had so much hip pain. After my appointment today, I feel like a new woman. I can’t imagine how great I will feel after a few more appointments.
The best chiropractor I've been to, no questions asked. As a dentist, I'm constantly contorting myself into strange positions, so I make a point of seeing Dr. Dickerson at least once a week. She also does a fantastic job of explaining "why" things are happening and correcting the root cause of the problem, as opposed to many MD's that'll give you drugs and send you on your way. Recommend to everyone!

Dr. Ashley is nothing short of amazing! I was very impressed on how she carried herself and equally her staff. So very friendly and welcoming. I had a lot of questions and Dr. Ashley was eager to answer them and went into detail explaining everything I asked.
It doesn't get any better than Dr. Ashley & her team! They are all friendly & extremely knowledgeable in several different areas so no matter what type of massage you prefer there is someone that can help you. Dr. Ashley couldn't be more straightforward when explaining what's going on in your body. It's not every doctor's office where you feel valued and welcomed as much as you do at Spine and Sports. I look forward to my weekly visits. I highly recommend them!! �

Not only do I get the priviledge to work with Dr. Ashley as an MT (she is a wonderful practitioner that treats us like gold), but I get to be her patient as well! She is dedicated to ALL of her patients big and small, young and old. She is a godsend in a time of bodily crisis! Do yourself a favor- call the office for an appointment today!
