I had never been to a chiropractor before coming to Spine & Sport, I was sort of scared of them! But I had a bad back spasm and needed help, so I met with Dr. Dan. He was understanding of my fears, and took the time to help me overcome them. He also helped me to understand my injury and how to prevent it from happening again. I learned a LOT in just a few visits. I am very happy with my experience, and it's good to know they're there if I ever need them again.

Tweeked my back squatting a couple weeks ago and would wake up after 3 hours of sleep with back spasms... seen Dr. Josh this past Friday and sleep all throughout the night last night!!!
