RecommendedI was in so much pain and couldn’t lift my arms above my head. Doctor said I had osteo arthritis and not much I could do with it. Spine and sport was recommended to me by a friend and I thought what do I have to lose. Turns out I had everything to gain. Within weeks, my pain had subsided to a dull burn and within months, I was lifting my arms above head and able to do things I thought I would never do again.....without pain! Dr. Dan has been amazing!! He explains the how’s and why’s of everything along the way.
Doctors Josh & Dan are top notch at what they do and have helped me personally with many needs that I have had. I recommend this to everyone in the area! Love this place.
Dr. Josh Nagle did wonders on fixing my neck, arm, and hips! I was dealing with some pain in my arm for nearly six months and after one session the majority of the pain and discomfort was gone. He educated me on a lot of simple things I can do everyday to help and was super informative. The office space is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend Spine & Sports and will never go to a different chiropractor again!

I went to Chiropractic school with Dr. Nagle and I can say that he was very intelligent and easy to communicate with. He is also very skilled in his Chiropractic technique and I would recommend anyone in the Dubuque area looking for a Chiropractor to call up Dr. Nagle!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These folks do amazing work. I have had multiple instances where an injury has kept me from running for weeks, only to have Dan or Josh (I've been treated by both) get me back to running literally that same day, and many days after, without having the issue return. These guys really understand how the body works, and really understand athletes. If you have problems with your body, or you're an athlete wanting to do some preventative care, this is the place.
