The business recently moved from a lovely office in Plainsboro to an old beat up office building in East Brunswick. This office building is small and there is no elevator. There Is the Staircase In order to reach the office this is the stupidest arrangement I’ve ever seen for a Pain Management Doctor. There is absolutely no way to get into the office without climbing the stairs. There is a chairlift, but if you have a mobility scooter, a Walker or a cane, it’s impossible to use. I had a procedure in May and didn’t receive the bill until December. It was for over $1,000. I had asked the billing people how much the procedure would cost me (so I wouldn’t get a surprise bill) but they said they couldn’t tell me. They are no longer in network. When they explained all the billing stuff I didn’t really understand despite how many times they tried to explain it. I wouldn’t have had the procedure done if I knew it would cost so much. I have been going to Dr Yanni for well over 10 years and have received nothing but compassion and understanding from not only him but all his medical staff as well! Dr Yanni will hire only the best of the best and expects nothing but the very best for his patients. He is the one and only doctor in this world that has ever put a needle in my back. Not only has he treated me but also my husband and my daughter. If you're fortunate enough to have Dr Yanni care for you you have hit the jackpot!!!
