Very displeased with this Spine Institute. The office staff are extremely rude. I was seen by one of the Surgeons and his PA and felt very rushed both times. Not very friendly. Did not seem very interested in my health concerns or pain.
Above excellent. Superhero status. Given the fact I needed a lot of work done on my spine. I am very blessed to have been able to have my surgery there.
I am so grateful to Dr. Euby Kerr and all the staff at the Spine Institute for taking such good care of me. I know Dr. Kerr took great pains to prepare the plan to fix my spine problem. I can't recommend him high enough! Thanks so much!
Ive never been to a hospital that I actually enjoyed staying at. They were all so caring and helpful, not only to me but also to my husband who stayed with me.
Called to check in for surgery at 1030, 2 hours later....still sitting here. Apparently only the surgeon's and doctors are then only ones that time is valuable for.
Can not say enough good things about the Drs , nurses & entire staff. Very kind & very helpful. We need more like this.
