My doctor referred me for a spinal injection. I couldn't make an appointment until my insurance approved which is to be expected. What was so frustrating was that everytime I called to speak with the insurance woman they said she was busy and she would call me back. I told them I was happy to hold. I was told, "we can't put you on hold because this is the only line we have" . I would give over my phone all day until someone else finally called at the end of the work day. I finally went to another doctor
