When you get past your 50's and can no longer "Shake it off" and the "It will get better soon" has long since passed its time to go see a professional. Finally after way too many years I am starting to see light (relief) at the end of this tunnel (and its not a train, lol). Do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Dan and his staff for consult, life is way too short to live in pain.
