RecommendedFacing spinal fusion at my L5/S1 due to disc herniation and degenerative disc . Also have another herniated disc at L2/L3. Was in alot of pain. Had been going to PT and pain management with now relief. After three visits I feel like a new person. I can bend, move and sleep thru the night. I highly recommend. The staff is so friendly and helpful.
Dr Steffins has helped me tremendously with correcting my neck issues, and in turn decreasing my headaches to zero! He and his amazing staff not only treat my symptoms, but go to the cause of the issue, address it, as well as teach me how to maintain optimal health at home. This staff has been nothing short of sincere, caring, positive and helpful at every visit. There's nothing like finding a doctor that can treat you effectively as well as care about all his patients!
Dr Dan is wonderful and so is his staff. They genuinely love to see you and see your progress. Dr. Dan is also one of the few chiropractors in the area that handles soft tissue work along with chiropractic care. They are wonderful and know how to get you back to full health.
I'm not sure what to say... Spinal Health Center is by far the greatest chiropractic experience I have ever had. Dr Steffins is second to none and the staff is equally amazing. If you are looking for a chiropractor, Spinal Health Center and Dr. Steffins will not let you down
As a firefighter and active guy in his 40's, I end up with a lot of aches, pains and strains. Dr. Steffins has always been knowledgeable about my injuries/issues and has been thorough in treating me with whatever the ailment may be. I've been seeing him for 2 years now, and will continue to do so. He has a very helpful staff, and they continue to move forward with new treatments as time and technology changes. if you have any sort of back, neck, joint or muscle issues, I highly recommend this place!
Helps with significant relief of my chronic pain
I thought my back was in such bad shape that surgery was the only option. I looked like a very old person when I got out of a chair; stiff and bent over. Eleven visits and I can do planks!! I feel so much better. I had headaches for weeks at a time . In the last five weeks I have had one two day headache; so much improvement.. to think I did not trust chiropractors. Dr. Jamie is fantastic! She is so professional, kind and knowledgeable. Everyone here is great.
