After years of thinking that I needed surgery on my knee, I went and saw Dr. Walters. My knee pain was gone after one session. It was a painful 20 mins or so but I would go through it again and again given the results. Now we are working on my hip mobility and I’m not sure why I keep paying Dr. Walters to hurt me lol.... but my my my the results speak for themselves.

I found myself at Spinal Care after trying out many methods of treatment for my shoulder pain. As a cross fitter , finding spinal care was nothing shy of amazing . I first came across them at a competition and they were able to alleviate an ongoing issue and it was the first time I had been pain free in months.
