Food is always good and swit staff are professional and friendly
I was at the Spike N Rail with my wife for a Christmas party Saturday 10th of December 2016. Hospitality was hit and miss but mostly a miss. The restrooms were clean, which was also a good note. The food was great; and that's why they received a star for this review. However where they really failed was at the bar. First off no bar should be without two (2) beers on tap at 6:00p.m. on a Saturday night. FIRST TIME HERE. I DIDN'T CATCH THE BUSSERS NAME BUT HE WAS GREAT. DAN WAS OUR SERVER AND HE WAS TOO. HE EVEN CHANGED A TV TO PAW PATROL FOR MY 4 YEAR OLD. SOMETIMES IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE YOUR EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR THE FOOD AND SERVICE .
Limited menu, it took 30+ minutes to get our food. Food was ok not great. Will probably not return any time soon.
Bad food, bad service. It took over 90 minutes to order and finally get the food.
Always great food, dinner or lunch! We find the service to be excellent as well!
