The consultation process was smooth, but the final product wasn't exactly what we ordered (missing runners, different colored fabric, etc.) The event staff members were very immature and actually argued with each other very loudly in the reception hall. If that wasn't enough, the staff remained on site for two hours longer than expected while arguing.
We have been blessed to have worked with Erin for our wedding. She followed all of our ideas and visions with incredible options and has a great eye for unique color palettes. Over the last year and a half of planning she has been patient with our guest count changes and last minute needs. The selection there was wonderful and the customer service was the best!
I am a wedding florist for brides and I have worked with Crystal on several occasions and she is top notch! This past weekend I was working on a reception with another vendor where the colors were not right and I got ahold of Crystal and she went above and beyond to help us out and put the bride at ease! I can not say enough great things about her! My go to place is Spielman's and Crystal has never let me down! Thanks a million!!
I rented tables, chairs and a tent for my daughter's graduation party. Their tables were old wooden tables in very poor repair. We all ended up with slivers in our fingers setting them up and tearing them down. It was windy and it was hard to keep table covers on them and the tops were so old and damaged, it was embarrassing to have people see that! Their delivery charge and additional mileage charge was horribly high. I called them about the issues but never received a call back. I will never use them again!
Krystal did an amazing job on my daughters wedding. She really helped us put our vision together. Thank you!
