We have used Speilman’s in the past and I attempted to call today to get an idea of linen sizing and options we will need for an upcoming event. Whomever answered the phone was very short and then rudely said, “why are you needing sizes, so you can go online and order them instead of renting?” Wow. Consultation process was smooth. On delivery they forgot our uplighting and had wrong table cloth size but what’s worse is 2 weeks after we returned everything get an email saying they are missing wooden slabs and a wooden crate (which we never had a crate) and I know the slabs were all returned but we do not have any recourse because they don’t go through the stuff when you’re there so you have to take their word and are charged for what’s missing. I have worked with Spielman's at two Bridal shows. The first was my very first show , and I wanted to change the schema to stand out. When I called and spoke with Mark he is very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Mark took the time to brainstorm different ideas to assist me in creating a booth that would stand out! The changes I made based on his suggestions ended up being very inexpensive. I can only image the quality of service he gives to those who spend a good deal of money with Spielman's. I highly recommend Spielman's!!
4.8.17 - What a knock out job they did. Erin, captured my vision like it was her own idea. It was perfect, and she was the most amazing person to work with. Spielman's was great to work with for our New Year's Eve wedding. They were flexible with picking up/dropping off rental items and were happy to accommodate if we had any issues.
Spielman's Event Services helped me out in a pinch (4 days before our reception) since my other rental company couldn't and everything I needed was so affordable and had such great quality! Thank you thank you thank you for being amazing and helping us out! If anyone is needing to rent anything, I highly recommend Spielman's!!
Very special man i want to thank in y'all's business, I believe he goes by the name of Arther? From my experience I gathered that he single handidly runs that warehouse by him himself!!
