Dr. Spiegel was the best TMJ expert in western PA and likely the Midwest when he was practicing. He changed the course of my life and many others that I know of. Because of his knowledge, his demeanor, empathy and dedication to keep searching for ways to address this insidious pain. He also had become a good friend.
