Where do I begin. For starts the walls are so thin and insulation next to none. You can hear everything that goes on outside your apartment. Someone talking 20 feet away? You hear every word. Bird chirping in a tree on the other side of the complex? Yepp, you’re hearing it. They’ve followed the recent trends of raising prices as well so you’ll be paying at the minimum $850+ for a very small (less than 300 ft2) space to live in (studio apartment). I lived here for five years! I really loved our apartment location, and the office people were always very helpful and kind. Maintenance was prompt, and the water was included with the rent at the time, not sure if that's still a thing here. Trash removal was free, there are convenient dumpsters located at each end of the complex and also in the middle. Our rent did go up over the years, but I believe that's to be expected just about anywhere. There's also a laundry facility room on-site; this location is VERY close to groce... read more
