Purchased a pair of boots for my wife for Christmas. When I purchased them the Associate had me leave a email just in case they didn’t fit she could return them with her email. Well that isn’t the case. They can’t find the email and will not honor the exchange. Called corporate and they told me that they should not have an issue and they should be able to be returned.
Love this store. Super nice staff. The prices are always better than online. They don't have quite the selection as a bigger store or online. But they can order almost anything and have it delivered to your home.
Good prices
Nice selection of shoes. The staff was very helpful and super friendly! I believe it was Ryan and Griffey that helped me?
Great shoes
