I recently began working out less than a year ago and can say hands down that I look forward to going to Spenga! The combination and allotted time is perfect - always leave feeling sore and accomplished. I have so much respect for the instructors whom are true professionals! Highly recommend!

I just tried Spenga as my first workout after having my third child. The hour flew by, and I enjoyed it so much that I bought a membership. The instructors are incredibly motivating but still friendly, and they've given me modifications for everything as I get back into shape. Extra bonus: they offer childcare!!
I absolutely loved my Spenga workout! Not only was it fun and exciting, yet I got a total body workout, and felt very refreshed ending the workout with Yoga! Cant wait to go back again.

Loved my first SPENGA class! The studio itself is very impressive- beautiful, clean, and a neat set up. The instructor was awesome and helped each of us get the most out of our workout. I loved the variety and left feeling good that I was able to get such an effective workout in (including a good stretch) in just an hour. Also a huge plus that they have a kids room. I'll definitely be back for more!
