Kelly Spencer is a hard worker he has a towing business, he has lots of really old antique cars and trucks ,sells tires and works on vehicles, descent prices. He also does a lot for the community as well.He's remodeling a building on front Street in Logansport to feed the hungry, he also goes to a local laundry mat and pays for everyone's laundry to be cleaned for a couple hours.
