I am extremely happy with the experience we had with Spencer Appliances. Our dryer kept quitting on us, we attempted to fix it ourself. It ran for about another month. Called John and he sent Ricky out. Nice, friendly courteous. Fixed it. But the old dryer had other ideas and didn’t want to continue shortly thereafter. Called John, we decided that the old one needed to be replaced. He sent us quotes on several models and 2 days later, we are ready to rock and roll! Very happy!
Every experience with them has been wonderful. From sales to repairs, they have been kind, courteous, and fairly priced. Had a fridge fan go bad during the COVID-19 crisis and they were able to get me the part quickly so I didn’t worry about losing my food.
Great service and appliances! Though I bought a used washer & dryer set 5 years ago, the set worked great and has lasted all this time. The washer finally died so I will be heading there in search of another.

Ordered a washer and dryer set; great price, delivery men were polite, knowledgeable and friendly & even hooked up the set, which I wasn’t expecting. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.
we have been customers since 1992. when we have an appliance issue we have not called anyone else. they arrive on time and fix it right the first time very reasonable rates and all their techs know their stuff. our fridge went out yesterday and they were able to juggle the appointments and get Don out 3 hours after we called. we now have a cold working fridge they truly go above and beyond for their customers
