I inquired with the owner of spencer & snell pertaining to a minor repair on a fossil watch. This gentleman laughed at me and explained that it wasn t considered repair, and that he could not put his other customers work on hold to simply pop the back onto a watch. He proclaimed to be working as a jeweler for 32 years, but seemed clueless as to how long it would take to put the back on this watch.
