I wanted to eat a good steak with my husband and not have to worry about the hit or miss service that restaurants sometimes offer, so I chose Spencer's trusting that if it's the Hilton's main hotel, the service had to be good. John, in the bar is the best waiter ever!! Always friendly :-) Remembers my service dog and my name even if we havent been in in a while!! Great guy!! Greaaaat customer service :) Give Him Kudos!
Food and drinks are extremely overpriced. $10 beer and $20 burger and it was mediocre at best. Other patrons walked out after sitting down and reading the menu prices and lack of selection. Worth walking down the street to find something else, even when you're staying at the hotel.
