Burnt/Bad quality food at very steep prices. Overly fishy Caesar salad dressing, beyond salty french onion soup, and tiny charred/burnt incredibly dried out poor cut of medium done "wagyu" beef. Total bill damage was $75. Waste of money. Friend and I still left hungry and very disappointed wishing we'd went to a real steak house. Will never return to this Wal-Mart standard/quality steak house again.

Horrible hospitality experience with the attached Hilton hotel, but the servers and receptionist at Spencer’s not only made me feel welcomed but the food was also delicious! I (literally) fell asleep in a hotel room without an actual bed (no joke) with a smile on my face because of Spencer’s! Thank you!
The Kobe steak was a first-time try for us. Ordered 3oz. cooked medium and was mostly fat. The 8 oz.filet ordered medium was more like med./well. The sweet potato side was 2 small potatoes that were 50% stringy. The side of Yukon gold potatoes was enough to feed 3-4 people. We were asked if we wanted bread and said yes.
