Both times I was there I wasn't numb. Dr Harman had the nerves to tell me I had plenty of numbing medicine and it was vibration of drill. hello, I know difference in pain and vibration. You should never leave dentist crying!
Wonderful experience! My children loved the dentist and staff and they did an amazing job with working on their dental needs. The staff knows how to deal with children and are very friendly and welcoming!!! On a scale of 1- 10...Kool Smiles gets a 10!! :)
Great experience wonderful staff front desk was very curtious. Amy Foster was able to answer all my questions and directed me where I needed to go for my son as far as a specialist is concerned. Wonderful!!!! A++++++
