Ana and dr bana were wonderful There very nice and are great with there kids! Go cool smiles employees.
They were able to see my granddaughter right away and bring her back in just a few days to finish. I only have her a limited time so that was convenient.
My husband and I had cleaning appointments and the front office staff went above and beyond to get our insurance worked out and the clinical staff did amazing with our cleanings

Always a good exp. They are really good with kids and we are in and out quickly. They also are good about making the appointment days/times convenient for us so my kids don't have to miss too much school.
I made an apt for myself and my child for cleanings and they sat us beside each other and took good care of us. Happy with the visit.
My daughter had to sit in the chair the whole time she was back getting her teeth cleaned and listen to the doctors complain and get aggravated about how overbooked they are and that they don't get any downtime. And then the doctor cleaning and working on her teeth was jabbing into her gums and when my daughter said it hurt she started blaming my daughter. And since my daughter is 17 and not a toddler I tend to take her word for it.
These folks in Roanoke are fantastic! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The doctors are very knowledgeable and professional. I don't dread having to bring my son to see them and neither does he.
