Great experience from starting to finish. I was meet with a smile when I entered the building. When I explained that I was having a tooth ache they said they could see me but not sure what could be done. When I was taken to the back by tiffany I was put at ease. They were able yo pull my tooth the same day and the pain is a lot better. Thank you.
Had several teeth extracted and it was a great experience. Minimum swelling an bruising. Than k s again.

My kids love kool smiles they love to get their teeth cleaned and my son had a tooth that was hurting him and the doctor was able to fix it the same day I was so happy because we didn't have to drive over an hour to come back on another day!!
Where do I begin. My children love it so I love it. When they had gone to other dentist they were scared to go. Not Kool smiles. I say we have a dentist appointment and they beat me to the door. They love the playground to the games. The dentist are wonderful and really take the time to get to know the children on a personal level. Thank you Kool smiles
My children seemed to really enjoy the experience. I did not like the fact that they would not allow me to go back with them. They advertise that particular fact on their commercial with no age restriction then told me i could not go back. I think that was very rude. Not to mention the dentist did not educate them on the importance of brushing more than oonce a day therefore my kids left the dentist with the same mind frame they went in with by thinking brushing is not of great importance.
