Was referred by attorney, Girls at the front were awesome, Head chiro Mr Spence though..... when he saw the picture of the damage to the car was more concerned with whether or not the attorney was going to pay him. His job is to heal and he wasn't concerned with that with his "30 years as head chiro" chose to push out our "care" till he could verify that it was a lucrative claim. Alexis and the intake team were great. Dr. Spence himself was insensitive and post poned our treatment to make sure our attorney would not drop our case half way through the process. His main concern is getting paid it seemed, not creating a positive experience for new patients who have already been through the ringer. The chairs were awful, further worsened my condition- and to me do not truly qualify as an adjustment. I got an "adjustment" alright and I'll never be back. Sooo disappointed, really wanted to love this place.
I’ve been coming to this clinic for over two years, and I can’t recommend it enough! Before I started chiropractic care, I was struggling with neck pain from working long hours in an office, and I even had trouble sleeping. But thanks to Dr. Talamantes, Dr. Terry, and Dr. Spence, everything changed! As a recently retired veteran with countless issues and just the new environment of going back into civilian life this clinic was so unbelievably helpful. Staff was so polite and the clinic itself is well maintained. Unfortunately, I am moving and won’t be able to continue care but best chiropractor I’ve found in all San Diego.
Excellent service, always working with my busy schedule and the girls working the front are always nice and polite and friendly I came here because of a car accident but I’m for sure going to come even after highly recommended 10/10 for chiropractor care and customer service
