Spence GMC sales, service departments and GM, I purchased a 2025 from Spence GMC in January 2025. I returned numerous times for body work at the Spence service department. . At around 1700 miles the transmission had to be repaired, so I had to take it to Prince Chevy multiple times, since they are the closest to my home and I didn’t think it would make it to Thomasville. Took my Cadillac in to get cue module replaced. Had a 2 pm appointment. Note I took off from work at a law firm, drove over an hour because no Cadillac dealership in my city and sat and waited 2 hours. Realizing no movement on my vehicle status after 2 hours got up to inquire and was met by a service advisor Juan who tells me they can’t get to my car today. Needless to say I was furious. I love rocky, he's a good man, and not stuck up. I guess this was my stupidity. I buy a fresh looking Nissan with 156,000 miles on it. I proceed to put 6,000 miles on it in 9 weeks. And my transmission goes down in Lincoln new Hampshire. I paid $8,200 for the car. And after the tow,I got $250 for scrapping. Just feel kinda duped.
I am happy with the service at Spence. Timely and happy with the results.
Ah, not great. Got a beautiful nissan with 156,000 miles on it. I then put 6,000 miles on it, in 9 weeks, and my transmission went out. And what did I get from rocky? A "that's the way it goes" attitude. If I was in thomasville, it would have not been so bad, but I was broke down in Lincoln New Hampshire! I thought buying from a real car dealership would be better. I hope if I get some more money I won't be back here. $8,200 up in smoke. I really like Rocky, but I'll be more careful next time.
