Great customer service, everyone was very helpful and answered all questions pertaining to the service of my car, they even detailed my car I would definitely recommend Spence service and parts departments.
I had a great experience working with Roger at Spence Chevrolet on my new 2026 Chevy Silverado RST! His customer service was excellent, and I really appreciated the personal, one-on-one attention throughout the process. There was never any pressure to buy, and he took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer my questions so I felt comfortable with my decision. Been here several times over the years and always had good experiences. Warren and Jennifer are always courteous and professional, keeping me updated on my car’s service. Would recommend Spence to anyone.
I have been doing business with Spence since I relocated to Florida 15 years ago, and they are wonderful people to deal with! They’re Not the Typical Dealership, I have a Cadillac dealer within 5 miles of my home, but Spence is definitely Worth the drive for Anything I need for my Vehicle. Everyone whom I’ve sent or recommended them to has been very happy with their experiences at Spence as well.
My experience was excellent, especially with the feed back that I got from Warren. He was helpful in providing accurate information and is always reachable.
