Have purchased from Spence multiple times and am always satisfied
I was quoted $75 and my daughter was charged for $130 after the key fob was programmed. I called about the difference and was told it was only a quote and nothing could be done, but I don’t see how a cut and dry, specific appointment as a key fob program could go up $55 which is over 50% of the quoted price. Especially since there were no issues with the program itself. I would recommend recording calls if you’re going to give quotes to get appointments scheduled and then price gouge after the appointment.
