We are a driveline specialist. Although we are capable of most any automotive repairs, your transmission, differentials, transfer case and clutch is our meat and potatos. No one in town is faster than we are, in turn around time. We can also put you in a no-cost loaner to drive, while yours is in for repairs....just replace the fuel that you use. We even have two pickup trucks in the loaner fleet, should you need that (heads-up contractors!) If you need a tow, we absorb the cost for our customers.

Great Service! I have taken my car to Speedy a few times now (for unrelated issues) and they are always super polite and... wait for it... Speedy! Once I had a mechanic at another place change my oil and told me there were several other things that needed work. I took it to Calvin after calling around for prices, only to find out there was very little that needed to be fixed. My 2001 Honda finally gave me trouble. After caling around and taking it to several different places, I called Speedy. I started to Knoxville, but it just wouldn't make it. I called Calvin and he sent a tow truck to Loudon to pick it up. They checked it out and explained everything my car needed and how it all worked.The qoute was way better than all the others, including Honda. I have never encountered a more honest and friendly auto service. The work was completed very quickly and the price was more than fair. I will not take my vehicle to anyone else from now on!

Tranny work I had a very good experience with Speedy Transmission. Tranny went out on my H3 and Calvin at speedy's was awesome. I called the shop , he towed my car from Halls to his shop for free. Then he did diagnostics for free. He rebuilt the 4l65e tranny cheaper then Trans corp of America. And did a lot better work then Budget Transmission ever dreamed of, which is right down the street from Speedy Transmission. Don't bother going to Budget, you get what you pay for. Never Again My transmission was diagnosed by another mechanic that it needed rebuilt or replaced. I checked around on prices for used transmissions and decided to give Speedy a call to see what it would cost to rebuild mine. I was given a quote of 1300.00 that included the labor and master rebuild kit but would not include other components that may need replaced in the tranny (I was told that I probably wouldn't need a torque converter or many other components since mine worked fine in reverse) Given the fact that a used one... read more
Nov 16 at 5:50 PM I'd been having some problems with my Acura TL. As it got more noticeable, I went to my local Firestone dealership in Farragut. They thought it was more than likely a transmission problem and referred me to Speedy Transmission at 418 S. Northshore Dr. Calvin and his office staff seemed very knowledgeable and very personable.
