Got an oil change today!! And the popped my tire while airing them up!! Then when I got upset bc the said the were not responsible dude slammed door in my face!!! Still trying to find out who owns this place!! This lady is mad because I gave a bad rating with a bad experience!! She was not there she didn't see how I was treated or my tire!!!

My first visit. Fast, friendly and very reasonable prices. I'll be bringing both vehicles here from now on and letting all my friends and family know. I'm done with Wal-Mart and their inability to simply use the right oil.

I had my oil changed here 3 weeks ago. This week, my check oil pressure light was going off in my car so I took it into the Volkswagen dealership to have it looked at. The technician told me that the “O ring” (not familiar with cars) on my oil filter was put in UPSIDE DOWN which led to 5 and 1/2 liters of oil leaking out of my car. If I had not taken my car to Volkswagen when I did, I could be buying a new car right now.

always great service when getting my oil changed but today, they came to my rescue today when my tire went flat at the gas station next door. my jack fell out while I was changing the tire. the guys came over and helped me get it back up and going. thanks again for the help today!!
I drive all the way from Owensville to have my oil changed here, always 12 minutes or under. Today it was 25 minutes and of course I’m late for an appointment now. Kid should not be on the phone while working. I’ll just stick to the west side now
