5 stars!! They are very accommodating. I have spoken with Steve and one of the receptionist in Valley way, Niagara Falls. Hands down for their explanation, kindness , and very reasonable reasons why we will be replacing the windshield.
The work was good and faster than expected. My car is a base 2023 Elantra. Issue with being given a quote under $700 when I believed my deductible was $500. When it was discovered my deductible was $1000 the bill came to $1000. Was told the extra cost was for tax and camera alignment. I should have been told the total cost from the start. I'm also concerned because the cost of the repair was not itemized on my receipt.
