took my Lexus GS 300 in for window tinting to be done . And later found my rear defrost no longer worked . I took it to the Lexus dealer and was told. The rear defroster had been cut in several areas . I met the owner of Glass Tiger, and he gave my several reasons why it wasn't a big deal . One was . Well we live in GA . you don't need it that often . Another was . the mechanic probably didn't want to do the work . The rear window had never had any other work done on it nor near it .
