Horrible experience. I went to VW dealer, I went to "Service" and I talked to this guy, with name: Steve, an older guy probably in his seventies with such a bad attitude. I really do not understand why do they put that kind of people in Customer Service, if they have such a bad attitude. Completely unwilling to help, really dismissive. VW is going down, and on top of it this kind of people. I would like an undercover District manager to go to this dealership and talk to Steve to see such poor behavior.
