Just wanted to let everyone know how great my experience was shopping with your company. This was my first order and I must say the staff was more than knowledgeable with the items I was inquiring about. I didn't really know what I needed as I am a first time hot rod builder but your tech department walked me through exactly what I needed for a 4 link rear suspension setup.. will definitely be doing business with your company in the near future.
Have been buying speedway parts for years,always comes down to delivery! 4th time 2 day shipping, ups, mis- sorted parts! Truck broke down ect,ectgreat parts ,great people! But ups sucks! Boxes always torn, missing hardware,, show up between 6:00 pm to 9:00pm! Summit racing has all the same parts, 2 day shipping, always here within 1 1/2 days in the day time! Use Fed ex! Ups always speeds down my street! Speed limit is 25mph! No more speedway! Thxs
Thank you to Frank Galusha and the entire Speedway Shock Department! After being on the phone less than 24 hours ago, they got an AFCO shock custom built, and shipped to my door! Customer service was great and they really took the time to help us get exactly what we needed. Also, the Speedway shipping department is phenomenal! We order from Speedway a handful of times a month, and always get our orders in the next day even if we choose 2-3 day shipping online. Our little race team greatly appreciates that.
