Had a great experience to start with. Too bad when we needed to return parts they made it fairly difficult.
The problem isn't with the merchandise, it is with their "guaranteed" delivery dates. Multiple times we have ordered and had our orders not delivered in time. Your shipping money is refunded, but they insist it isn't a problem on their end. Last time it was UPS' fault per your company. So this time it was requested that FedEx be used, as was recommended last time. Now a package that was guaranteed Wednesday when ordered, then changed to Thursday when shipped, still isn't here and per FedEx was never scheduled to be. It is fa... read more
I have ordered several items from this company and I always pay for guarantee arrival date with my orders. The last 2 out of 3 times the order is wrong or shipping is a day late. And it seems to me all they know how to say is I am sorry sorry sorry they really don't make any effort in trying to resolve the issue. They say there really nothing I can do about it .
