0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Rude employees, lack of communication and lack of attention to details would prevent me from recommending. 4 Star : Repair Quality Wheel well trim to bumper trim does not meet neatly. 1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2 Star : Repair Quality Communication is very ineffective. I had to call to check on the status of my car because no one called me and it seems like everyone there didn't want to deal with it and gave me names of 4 ot 5 people that would be dealing with the repairs of my car. I then received a call from someone totally different than what they named. Very bad customer service. Repairs were great 0.5 Star : Customer Service Previous comments tell how dissatisfied I am.
3 Star : Likely to Recommend Even when I picked up my vehicle, the front desk lady was unprepared and unprofessional. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The woman who works the front desk is very rude and unprofessional, the repair took longer than expected, the updates on progress were only when I called. 3 Star : Customer Service The woman who works the front desk sets the tone for the customer experience, she needs to understand what FRIENDLY service is!

With an update or estimated timing of the process, updates and finalization of when to expect my car. Some sort of timeline. Other than that everything was smooth from drop off to pick up. I just had to bug you guys a couple times to get updates and find out when to pick up my car and drop off the rental. 4.5 Star : Customer Service
