Terrible customer service experience. Every time I tried to speak, all I heard was, “I can’t hear you, I can’t listen.” But somehow, the same staff member had no problem hearing and understanding white customers right after me. It was clear they were being treated better — listened to, responded to, and helped properly. It’s unacceptable in this day and age to experience this kind of unequal treatment.
