Very good service In general small engine repair and lawn care equipment repair is unpredictable. After trying several shops, i concluded this shop does a consistantly good job. Reasonable turnaround and the item is fixed when returned. I recommend them.
Great service with better quality brands – I have bought a lot of power tools from Home Depot but I didn't follow my own advice; "Buy cheap, Buy twice". Over the last 2 years I bought a chainsaw, lawnmower, and a multi-function hedger from Speed's and I won't have to buy "twice" because of the quality of these products. I have had other things repaired by them and they have saved me money by recommending that I not repair several of the Home Depot powertools that with south on me. They weren't worth repairing. Worst service and professionalism ever!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced worse customer service or professionalism in my life. Brought a leaf blower in to get a tune up so it would run again. Was told it would take two weeks never heard back. After a month went into store to pick it up regardless if it had been worked on or not. NICE TO FINE A COMPANY WHO KNOWS WHAT THEY SELL! – I BOUGHT A TRIMMER THAT FINALLY STARTED EVERY TIME 'CAUSE I WAS SICK OF MY CHEAP ONE AND NOW I HAVE A MOWER AND SNOWTHROWER FROM THEM. THEY FIXED A BROKEN HANDLE AS WARRANTY WHICH I DIDN'T EXPECT AND THE OWNER REMEMBERS ME EVERY TIME! I WOULDN'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
