RecommendedI love it.... I've had the membership for almost 2 years and it's very helpful. Can't really get a better offer for unlimited car wash and self vacuum service... employees are always very helpful and especially respectful....
The people who work here are great. Always helpful to get me a receipt when the machine doesn't spit one out. Last week I accidentally vacuumed up a skirt from Lillys doll. She cried so I asked if they could get it back. They said this happens all the time. Just come back at closing when we shit down the machines and we'll look for it. So I went back at 8pm and here were several workers closing it down. They all chipped in to look for the little skirt and we found it! It was so sweet how they all helped out.
Great concept I get billed monthly and drive thru as many times as I need my only complaint is that there's a lot of freeloaders hogging up the vacuums and paying customers have to wait for them to leave wish management would do something about it.

As far as the vacuums go, we always try to make sure there's several stations open for use, but we appreciate you bringing it to our attention -- we'll take a look into it. Spent over a year patronizing this place, and every time I had an issue (damage my car, no staff helping motorists,wash breaking down etc.etc.) you can bank on ZERO customer service. It may be a nice wash ( as all car washes pretty much are), but these guys have poor attitudes towards customers. I even wrote the owner about the issues and he ignored me. So, I cancel my monthly membership. Not surprised to see Kim Robledo's review.
