Young Ladies Beware !!!!!!!!!! Warning to young women !!!!! Do not take your car here for service unless you want to be ripped off !!! My daughter had decided that she wanted to trade her 1999 dodge in. She noticed that right before trading that her service engine light had come on. Won't Be Returning I was not happy with the service here. The girl at the front desk was very rude and had an extremely brusque and impersonal way of relating to the customers. Maybe she was having a bad day but that still is no excuse for someone in her position with that much customer interfacing. When my car was done, it reeked of cigarette smoke. Crooks Many car shops are notorious for not being very honest with how they handle business. These guys are no different. I usually only go here if I just need an oil change... but, apparently there's ALWAYS something else wrong with my car. I believe they are trying to have customers pay for additional parts when it's not really necessary. They always get you to come see the car and point and what all is wrong. They'll say something in a very serious voice like, "You're going to want to replace this as soon as possible." Le... read more
