BEWARE. I am absolutely appalled by the management and customer services in this store. I wish I could give 0 stars. Me and my husband were driving our truck on the highway in the rain when the truck started acting super weird. I say what happened and tell Madeem "I just want to know if the truck is safe to drive home real quick, It sounds like the tire might fall off i'm not sure if we should drive it anymore". Great customer service
This review is very much overdue, but I don't want to just let it go. Be very cautious if you have any auto service done, other than an oil change, on your vehicle at this place. Back towards the end of February/beginning of March 2018, I was having some trouble with my 2006 Scion xB. It would no longer start. I was able to get it over to this SpeeDee location as they also advertise to be a Midas shop. They were able to get my car in right away and they determined it was my alternator and I needed a new one. They had one in ... read more

Recently took my car here after the dealer told me my repairs were going to cost 4,000! SpeeDee did and assessment and was able to fix the car for under 500.00 . Honest and fair staff.

I just had the worst experience at Speedee.. they gave me an oil change and after two weeks my timing was all off. Well, thinking it was an engine problem since the engine light came on I took it to Carrollton Complete Automotive. They did a diagnostic on it and it turned out being the wrong oil and it was over filled. All of which the valve was reading it wrong so the timing was messed up.
