This has to be the quietest shop in all of the world. Been in bay for 2 hours for an outer trailer tire. Ive not heard a impact ratchet, air blow off, tool drop, pneumatic jack, no hammering. Mostly people doing alot of walking around. Must be alot of quiet work getting done.
Came in for a simple PM service. The technician damaged my drain plug removing it. I asked him to replace it, he said he can but they charge $160.00 for the plug. After that he torqued it to 35 ft lbs. Detroit torque spec is 30-32 ft lbs. I called him out on this. He then acted like he adjusted the torque wrench and told his buddy f*** him.
